This Portal is used by the Connect Care Logistics Team to coordinate travel Connect Care Launch participants.

Changes to Your Travel Arrangements

If you are new to this process, you must first set up an account on the portal (called ‘registration’). You would have received an invitation from ConnectCare.ProgramCoordination@albertahealthservices.ca and instructions to complete your registration/account set-up.
Important tips for a successful registration
-Use ONLY your official work email address in the "Email Address" field while registering. AHS employees, please use firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not use the longer email@example.com.
-Multiple registrations, registrations with private emails in the work email field or registrations via a *forwarded* invitation code will be deleted.
Once you have completed your registration, the Connect Care Logistics team can send you event invitations. We develop the list of participants who need an invitation from several different rotation schedules provided to us. If you are on one of those rotations, you’ll get an invite sent to you.
It is important to understand that the invitation comes to you via email; you will only see that event in the portal AFTER you have responded to the invitation email. If an event is not showing up in the portal, go check your email first to be sure you’ve submitted your response.

If you forgot your Username or Password
-If you have forgotten your username, you will need to contact the Connect Care Logistic team at the ConnectCare.ProgramCoordination@ahs.ca
-If you have forgotten your password, there is a ‘recover password’ function in the portal. Be sure and use @ahs.ca for the password recovery email—since the system will only recognize the exact email you used to register your account.
